Our Story
Blue Ocean Counseling, LLC, was founded in 2023. A blue ocean is symbolic of the calm, tranquil mental state we try to achieve. It also serves as a powerful metaphor for life's complexities, offering insight into the human experience and our relationship with the natural world. Oceans can evoke feelings of awe, wonder, and a sense of something greater than oneself.
Prior to expanding to Blue Ocean Counseling, LLC, Dr. Josiana Cetta had over 10 years of private practice experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. We are based out of Media, PA.
Dr. Cetta specializes in a wide range of anxiety disorders, including social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social phobia, ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, and adjustment issues.
