Dr. Cetta, owner of Blue Ocean Counseling LLC, approaches treatment from a humanistic, client-centered perspective by joining with her clients to create a collaborative, working relationship.
Through the course of treatment, individuals will learn to recognize unhelpful habits that prevent them from moving forward, develop a deeper sense of self-understanding, and learn how to navigate stepping out of their comfort zone in pursuit of personal growth.
